Eggplant Ribbon Noodles

Mix two kinds of dough with tomato juice and water, and let stand for 20 minutes

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a large dough

Roll up and cut

Serve the noodles with a shake. Another piece of dough also uses this method.

Boil water in a pot, boil the noodles and cook for later use

Cut the ginger garlic and red pepper diced

Eggplant cut into strips

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant

Tips:
1. Be hard when making noodles
2. Remember to pour some dry flour when rolling into the dough, so as to prevent the noodles from sticking
