Eggplant Salad
1.
Wash two long eggplants and steam them in a pot
2.
Prick it through with chopsticks and it's cooked
3.
Tear the eggplant into two halves
4.
Put all the accessories in a bowl and stir
5.
The eggplants are torn into strips after cooling, and placed on a plate
6.
Just pour in the adjusted juice
