Eggplant Salad

Wash the eggplant, cut in half, and put it in a steamer (remember to put water in the pot).

When the eggplant is steamed until it is soft, you can easily tear the eggplant into strips with chopsticks.

While it's hot, add some salt, seafood soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix well.
Tips:
This dish is super simple and healthy. If you like the spiciness, you can add some oil. If you like the sour taste, you can add a little vinegar.
