Fragrant eggplant, sweet and sour tomatoes, and crunchy almonds are delicious together~

Ingredients

Eggplant with Almonds

1. The ingredients are ready; wash and cut the eggplant into thin strips

2. Put it in a frying pan and fry slowly, fry until it is soft and cooked and serve it for later use

3. Dice tomato, mince garlic, heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic

4. Put the tomatoes in the fried eggplant bowl, and pour the garlic; use chili sauce, light soy sauce, chicken powder, and balsamic vinegar to make a sauce

5. Pour into a bowl of eggplant, mix well, sprinkle in chopped almonds.

Tips:

Almonds can also be replaced with peanuts or other nuts you like
