Eggplant with Beef Sauce

1. Wash the eggplants, steam them, take them out and let cool

2. Tear the cooked eggplant into strips and put them in a bowl

3. Diced vegetables

4. Count the beef and diced it, finely chopped.

5. Cilantro mince

6. Bottom oil in the pot

7. Stir-fry diced vegetables in oil

8. Put a little fresh extract

10. Stir fry until the vegetables are cooked

12. Take the bean paste and beef broth together
