Eggplant with Chopped Pepper

Dice the red chili, green chili, green onion, garlic, and dice. spare

Cut the eggplant into sections (about 5cm, depending on yourself) and steam for 15 minutes in the pot. (The cut is to shorten the maturity time)

When the pan is hot, pour in a proper amount of oil, add the chopped pepper, diced green onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 30″

Add a spoonful of rice with green pepper sauce

Stir-fry the green pepper sauce (about 30"), add a little salt and chicken bouillon. Set aside

Put the steamed eggplant in the plate and drizzle with the fried chili sauce.
