It's time for the eggplant harvest. I chose some small eggplants that were just picked and prepared to pickle some garlic eggplants!

Ingredients

Eggplant with Garlic

1. 1. Steam the eggplant first.

2. 2. Cut the garlic and parsley into froth

3. 3. Make the eggplant flat, layer the eggplant, sprinkle salt, sprinkle garlic and coriander.

4. 4. Finish

Tips:

Eggplant must not be steamed for too long, otherwise it will be rotten
