Eggplant with Mashed Pepper

Ingredients: two eggplants, one green pepper, and two small red peppers.

Wash the eggplant and cut it in half. Put it in a steamer and steam until you can insert the chopsticks.

Take out the steamed eggplant, tear into long strips and let cool for later use.

Chopped green peppers, red peppers, minced garlic and chopped green onion, 2 tablespoons of delicious, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, and a little starch to form a sauce for later use.
