Electric Baking Pan Pizza
1.
Prepare the raw materials.
2.
Add one egg yolk, 15g butter, 3~4g yeast powder, half a teaspoon of salt, warm water to 200ml flour to form a dough. Leave it in a warm place to ferment for more than an hour.
3.
Peel and chop tomatoes, and chop most of the onions.
4.
Heat the oil pan, wait for the butter (15g) to melt, add the onion and sauté, then add the tomato and stir fry out of the water, add the tomato sauce, pepper (preferably black pepper), two tablespoons of sugar, and one teaspoon of salt. After stir-frying evenly, change to low heat and simmer, and after collecting the juice, you will get the pizza sauce. (If you have conditions, you can put basil and pizza grass to enhance the flavor)
5.
Cut other vegetables into slices or shapes you like, and fry them a little to force out the excess water.
6.
Shape the fermented dough and fork some small holes in the dough. Preheat the electric baking pan with oil, and put the dough into the pan.
7.
Turn it over three minutes later, and put the pizza sauce, cheese, vegetables, and meat in sequence on the dough, and finally sprinkle with a lot of cheese.
8.
Close the lid, bake for about 12-15 minutes, the pizza is complete!
9.
Cut the pizza and share it with family and friends~
Tips:
Because I don't have a kitchen scale or measuring cup, the ranges given are approximate. In addition, remember to observe several times during the pizza baking process to prevent the bottom of the cake from baking hard or burning.
