Electric Baking Pan Soda Biscuits

Prepare all materials

In addition to milk and vegetable oil, mix other materials

Pour the milk and stir slightly

Pour in vegetable oil and mix

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes

Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, and then apply a layer of vegetable oil

Fold both sides to the middle

Fold in half again

Turn it 90 degrees and put it horizontally

Roll out into a rectangle, repeat the above steps and fold it again

Roll out into a 2mm thick rectangle, and pierce the dough with a fork

I use a mold to press out the shape. I don’t have a mold in my house.

The electric baking pan is preheated to automatically trip, and I applied a thin layer of oil. Actually, it does not need to be brushed.

Turn off the heat and put in the biscuits

Roast golden on both sides
Tips:
1. The dough does not need to be kneaded too much to prevent the gluten from becoming crispy. I knead it with my hands
2. The thinner the dough, the better
3. After the electric baking pan is preheated, turn off the power directly, and use the remaining temperature to bake the biscuits.
