Electric Pressure Cooker Version of Braised Trotters

Wash the pig's trotter with hot water first, and use a knife to untie it into small pieces from the middle of the trotter along the joints. If it is not easy to untie it, you can first dismember it and cut it into two large pieces.

Boil boiling water in a pot and blanch it for two or three minutes

Then take it out and rinse with cold water to filter out the blood foam

Prepare the gauze, wrap the garlic, bay leaves, dried chili, anise, cinnamon, star anise, etc. tightly to make a marinated bag
