Wash and slice the eryngii mushrooms,

Pleurotus eryngii nao,

Rape Naoshui,

Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, scallion sauce and marinate for 20 minutes,

Pleurotus eryngii is spread layer by layer on the bottom of the bowl,
