Enoki Mushroom

1. Chop millet pepper, chives, garlic and set aside.

2. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms and tear them apart.

3. Boil water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms and boil for a while.

4. Remove the enoki mushrooms, drain the water, and put them in a plate.

5. Put the minced garlic in a clean bowl, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Sansheng Sichuan red oil chili, and 1 gram of salt. Stir evenly to make seasonings.

6. Pour seasonings on top of enoki mushrooms.

7. Sprinkle with chopped chili and chopped chives.
