Enoki Mushroom

Prepare ingredients: enoki mushroom, pepper, garlic

Wash the enoki mushroom and cut off the head, dice the pepper and smash the garlic

Tips:
Flammulina velutipes does not need to be blanched for too long, it will grow old after cooking for a long time. It tastes stuffy between the teeth, and it is not crispy, just one minute.
