Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and blanch them in water.

Wash the broccoli appropriately and blanch in water.

Wash the carrots, shred them, and fry them in oil. The raw ones are too hard and have a bad taste.

Mix the two ingredients together and set aside.

Add the right amount of cold soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper oil and mix well. The pepper oil can be fried a bit more, which is especially convenient to eat and use.

Put the mixed enoki mushrooms into a bowl and compact with a spoon.

Cover the flat plate on the bowl and turn it over together so that the bowl is inverted in the flat plate.

Take down the bowl and it will become a circle.

Place the broccoli evenly around the enoki mushrooms before serving.
Tips:
1. Don't over blanch the enoki mushrooms, or they will get old and chewing their teeth.
2, Carrot shreds are more nutritious when fried with oil, but the nutrition is greatly reduced when they are cooked in water.
3. Cut some shredded cucumber and put it inside.
