Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the head of the enoki mushroom, wash it, and put it in a glass bowl.

Close the lid of the glass bowl and place it in the middle of the microwave oven.

Select the microwave to high heat for 3 minutes.

Take out the microwaved enoki mushrooms and put them on a plate.

Mash the garlic with a garlic masher, put it in a clean bowl, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, and 1 gram of salt.

Chop the red pepper and chives separately.

Pour the seasonings on top of the enoki mushrooms, then sprinkle with chopped chili and chives, stir and serve.
Tips:
This dish is simple and delicious. If you dare not eat red peppers, you can skip the red peppers or replace them with red sweet peppers. The taste is equally delicious.
