Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, tear them apart one by one, and shred the red pepper.

Boil half a pot of hot water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms and red peppers and blanch for 30 seconds.

Tips:
The key to cooking this dish is to blanch the enoki mushrooms. The time must be controlled. If the time is too long, the mushrooms are not crispy but also easy to stuff teeth. 30 seconds after boiling is enough
