After receiving cucu’s organic vinegar, I have been thinking about making something. I think only cold dishes can best reflect its taste like this vinegar, so I thought about making a cold enoki mushroom with cucu’s organic vinegar. It was really good. Fragrant, a large plate of enoki mushrooms is not enough to eat.

Enoki Mushroom

1. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushroom and soak in water for 10 minutes.

2. Peel and mince garlic.

3. Wash the millet spicy and dice.

4. Put spicy millet and minced garlic in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cucu organic vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of salt, stir well and set aside.

5. Wash the enoki mushrooms and squeeze out the water and place them on a plate.

6. Put it in the steaming oven and choose 100 degrees to steam for 15 minutes. In fact, about 10 minutes is enough.

7. Take out the steamed enoki mushrooms and add the stirred sauce.

8. Stir well.

9. Take another plate and place the stirred enoki mushrooms on the plate.

10. Heat in a pot, add a proper amount of oil to heat, and then pour the oil on the enoki mushrooms. It is very delicious.

11. Organic vinegar is very fragrant, and steamed enoki mushrooms are not enough to eat; buy high-quality aged vinegar, search on Tmall [CUCU flagship store]
