Enoki Mushroom and Crab Sticks

Ingredients: crab sticks, enoki mushrooms

Cut off the old roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and tear them apart.

Put the torn apart enoki mushrooms in boiling water and cook for 1 minute.

Remove and control dry water

Put the crab sticks in boiling water and blanch them out

Tear the blanched crab sticks into silk and put them together with enoki mushrooms.

Take a bowl and add umami soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, and sugar in turn to form a sauce.

Pour the prepared sauce on the enoki mushroom and crab sticks and mix well.
Tips:
The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste. If you like the spiciness, you can add some red oil.
