Enoki Mushroom and Tofu Pot

Wash the enoki mushroom after cutting off the roots.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the casserole and cook the fish balls.

Shred an appropriate amount of lean meat and pour it into a casserole.

When the water in the casserole is boiled, cut the tofu into large pieces and pour it in.

Put the lid on the casserole and boil on high heat instead of low heat.

Add some salt to taste.

Drizzle some cooking oil.

Add some light soy sauce.

Pour enoki mushrooms into the pot.

After putting the enoki mushrooms in the pan, turn off the heat again and add appropriate amount of coriander.
Tips:
Enoki mushrooms are very easy to cook, so turn off the heat as soon as the pot is boiled, and you can cook the casserole again if there is residual temperature. If it is cooked for too long, the taste will not be good.
