1. Roll up with bean curd ginger enoki mushroom and fix with toothpicks
2. Saute scallion, ginger, garlic and bean paste in a pot
3. Pour in some water
4. Pour enoki mushrooms
5. Pour in the seasoning and cook for a while, out of the pot
