Enoki Mushroom Beef Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients first, 3 taels of beef tenderloin, 7 taels of enoki mushrooms, and 2 scallions.

2. Cut the beef into strips and set aside.

3. Prepare an appropriate amount of minced garlic, appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and cut green onions into small sections for later use.

4. Add appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, cornstarch, half of ginger, light soy sauce to marinate beef.

5. Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off the roots, drain and set aside.

6. Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, and sauté garlic and ginger.

7. Add the right amount of water, not too much.

8. Wait for the water to boil and open the enoki mushrooms.

9. When the water boils again, add the marinated beef and add some cooking wine.

10. Cook for two minutes, and add pepper and shallots when the beef is just cooked.

Tips:

Do not reverse the order of beef and enoki mushrooms. Beef will become hard if cooked for too long. Those who like spicy food, you can add some chili to make it more appetizing.
