Enoki Mushroom in Tomato Sauce

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushroom, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Blanch broccoli and enoki mushrooms in a pot.

Remove the drained water and place it on the plate.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

Start the frying pan, stir the green onion and ginger into the pan, and then stir-fry the tomatoes.

Stir-fry with sugar.
7.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
8.
Stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft and rotten, and the tomato juice is ready. Pour on the enoki mushrooms.
Tips:
1. Add seasonings to stir-fried tomato sauce according to personal taste.
2. Self-processed tomato juice, without additives, can be eaten more.
