Enoki Mushroom Pork Loin Soup

Prepare a handful of enoki mushrooms.

Wash enoki mushrooms.
3.
Prepare a pork loin.
4.
Wash pork loin and cut into strips, add salt, cornstarch and cooking wine to marinate.
5.
Add water to the pot, add shredded ginger and oil to a boil.
6.
Add enoki mushrooms.
7.
Cook for a minute or two.
8.
Add pork loin.
9.
Flip it quickly, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
10.
In a bowl, sprinkle with chives.
Tips:
1. Remove the white fascia inside the pork loin. If you don't remove it, there will be a mutton smell.
2. Marinate the pork loin with cooking wine, salt and cornstarch to remove the peculiar smell and taste.
