Enoki Mushroom Stewed Frozen Tofu

1. Prepare frozen tofu, sausages, chopped peppers, and enoki mushrooms.

2. Cut frozen tofu into small pieces, slap garlic cloves, slice sausages into thin slices, wash and cut green peppers into small pieces for later use.

3. Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash them, and blanch them with boiling water to drain the water.

4. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic cloves.
