Enoki Mushroom Stir with Black Fungus

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Soak the black fungus in warm water.

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and soak them in light salt water.

Soak the black fungus, clean the impurities, and tear it into small flowers.

Wash the soaked enoki mushrooms and set aside.

Cut the washed coriander, millet pepper, and garlic into finely chopped pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of cooking oil after the water is boiled, and blanch the enoki mushrooms.

Remove the blanched enoki mushrooms and drain them.

Then blanch the black fungus.

Cook for about 3 minutes, pick up the black fungus and drain.

Put enoki mushrooms and black fungus in a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, chicken powder and mix well.

In a separate pot, put salad oil and 3 drops of wood ginger oil in the pot, add minced ginger and garlic, and fry until fragrant.

Sprinkle in spicy chili powder, while hot, drizzle with fried ginger and garlic oil.

Add coriander.

Stir evenly and serve on a plate, ready to eat.
Tips:
1: Wood ginger seed oil has a special smell, you don't need to add it if you don't like it.
2: The ingredients are blanched, first enoki mushroom and black fungus. If the fungus is black first, you need to change the water and blanch the enoki mushroom again. Of course, you don’t need to change the color if you don’t mind the color.
3: The amount of balsamic vinegar and millet pepper can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
4: Try to eat cold dishes as a meal to avoid bacterial growth and cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
