Enoki Mushroom Vermicelli Pot

1. Ingredients: Cut off the enoki mushrooms and wash, soak the vermicelli, cut the meat into shreds, add salt and starch and mix well. Ingredients: dried shrimp, minced garlic, chopped green onion, dried chili, and bean paste.

2. Heat a casserole and pour oil into it. Saute garlic, dried shrimps, and dried chilies until fragrant.

3. Add the shredded pork and stir fry with chopsticks until the color changes.

4. Add enoki mushrooms.

5. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce when sautéing enoki mushrooms until the water comes out.

6. Mix well.

7. Then pour in the soaked vermicelli and bean paste.

8. Because there are more vermicelli, add a little salt and mix well.

9. Cover and simmer for five minutes.

10. Open the lid, sprinkle with chopped green onion, add hot oil and sesame oil to finish.
