Enoki Mushrooms Mixed with Garlic

Buy fresh enoki mushrooms, cut off a section of the roots, wash them, and squeeze out the excess water soaked in with your hands.

Tear the connected ones with your hands

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, and boil the water for 5 minutes.
