Eucommia Pork Loin Soup

Wash and drain the eucommia, tuckahoe, and Cishi;

Cut lean meat into pieces, cut the surface of the pork loin with flowers and cut into pieces, shred a small amount of ginger;

Boil water in a pan, pour in shredded ginger, lean meat and pork loin, add a small amount of rice wine or cooking wine, cook for about 1 minute, then remove the blood; after picking it up, wash the froth of pork loin and lean meat and drain;

Put all the ingredients in the pot, add 5 bowls of water and a few drops of white vinegar, and cook for about 2 hours; (adding water can increase or decrease according to the material and the number of people)
