Evergrande Xing'an Snowman Cake

Pour out the right amount of canola oil

White and egg yolk separation

Add 15g of white sugar, milk, canola seed olive oil to the egg yolk and stir well until the sugar melts

Sift in the cake flour, cut and mix evenly

Add salt, lemon juice and 15g sugar to the egg whites to beat

Add the whipped meringue to the egg yolk in three times, cut and mix in a zigzag pattern evenly

Pour the mixed batter into the snowman mold, shake the mold lightly, and put the remaining liquid into the small abrasive tool

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes

Cooling out of the oven and demoulding

Egg whites and powdered sugar

Add the egg whites several times in powdered sugar to beat

Put in a piping bag

Apply meringue frosting according to the snowman model

Chocolate melts in water

Garnish with chocolate and sprinkle some coconut paste on the surface. OK!
Tips:
1. Apply some oil before pouring the cake mold into the liquid to make it easy to demould.
2. The meringue frosting can be reduced by 10-15% proportionally, and I haven't used it up.
