Exclusive Secret Tofu Stuffed

Chop stuffing. Chop the fat and lean pork together to small pieces, add in each amount of chopped green onion, shiitake mushrooms, salt, and white sugar, and stir.

Put stuffing. To clean the water tofu, first cut into squares, cut into a right-angled equilateral triangle along the diagonal side, cut a notch on the long side of the tofu with a knife, and stuff the stuffing in (the water tofu is easy to break, be careful not to stuff too much).

Slowly fry. Put the frying pan on low heat and fry slowly. When the pan is shaken by hand, the tofu will move at the bottom of the pan, indicating that you can turn over (if you want to cook a little by yourself) and fry until golden on both sides.

Fried tomatoes. Stir-fry the tomatoes and garlic prepared in advance, add water and cook the tomatoes until they are fully cooked.

Stuff the tofu into the tomato soup, and finally add water until almost no more than the tofu, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar, and simmer in the lid.

Simmer until the water level is reduced by half, add green peppers and chopped green onion and continue to simmer for a while.

Simmer until the juice is collected and start the pot.

Tips:
When buying tofu, you can choose general water tofu. If you like spicy food, put some chili sauce or Lao Gan Ma, the taste should also be delicious.
