Wash chicken wings and cut into pieces; slice onion, mince garlic, shred ginger, cut red and yellow pepper into small pieces, set aside

Add onion, minced garlic, shredded ginger, rice wine, salt and chicken wing to the chicken wings and prepare for about an hour

The marinated chicken wings are evenly coated with flour and set aside

Pour oil in the pot, heat the oil, fry the chicken wings until slightly yellow, and then remove them. When the oil temperature rises again, re-fry the chicken wings until they are golden brown. Remove the oil and set aside.

Pour out the remaining oil in the pot, pour the fried chicken wings back into the pot, add the right amount of freshly ground black pepper, cumin powder and yellow and red bell peppers according to personal taste, stir well, and serve.
