Family Simple Braised Chicken Wings

1. Wash the chicken wings and change them to a knife, and blanch them in water

2. After blanching, rinse to remove scum and let dry

3. Heat the oil, add chicken wings and fry until golden on both sides, pick up and set aside

4. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the pot and stir fry until melted

5. Pour in chicken wings and ginger slices and stir fry for a while

6. Add water to the chicken wings, add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce. Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Turn to medium-low heat and cook for 15 minutes
