Family-style Rice Noodles

Mix the orange powder, wood flour, rice flour, salt and water to a thick shape.

Add an appropriate amount of hot water at about 70 degrees and adjust it to a relatively dilute state.

Take a stainless steel plate, brush the cooking oil, a spoonful of the prepared slurry, a little egg liquid, put it in a pot where the water is already boiling, cover the pot, and the rice milk will be cooked when it is bubbling.

Scrape it with a spoon, put it on a plate, drizzle it with a little bit of flavour and make it 0k. If it is for business, the sauce will have to work harder.
