Family Version Grilled Fish

Remove the bones of silver carp, put appropriate amount of salt, ginger slices, green onions, lemon slices, thirteen spices, cooking wine, stir evenly and marinate for one hour to taste

Put the bean sprouts out of the salt, remove the boiling water, and spread the bottom of the pot

Tips:
The taste of grilled fish is made according to personal preference, cumin and white pepper are out of our house. I just use whatever seasonings I have at home. The taste is great.
