Prepare the required ingredients, mince garlic, mince chives, mince meat (the meat I bought here is minced meat from the butcher shop), vermicelli is the sweet potato flour that every supermarket in the north of us will have

Boil the sweet potato flour in water until it becomes soft, then turn off the heat and soak for five minutes

Put oil in the pan, add the minced meat and stir fry, then add the minced garlic and fry the garlic together

Pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce in the pot, stir fry, then add the soaked vermicelli, stir fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of water during the frying process to prevent the pan from drying out
