Fancy Afternoon Tea Bread

Knead the dough in 33 minutes. Put it in a bread machine to ferment at room temperature. About 90 minutes or so, after the fermentation is over, take out the dough, put it on the chopping board and knead out gas, which is called exhaust.

The dough embryos that have been exhausted should be divided into dough embryos of the same size, because the same size is conducive to the maturation of the bread. Roll the dough into a thick cake. This recipe makes a total of six breads. You can use your own bakeware as a reference.

Sprinkle sugar on the surface, this step can be sprinkled with sugar according to personal preference, sprinkle with red dates or candied fruits, or more or less.
