Fancy Buns-strawberry Rose Buns
1.
Add a little water and strawberries together with a food processor to make strawberry juice, filter,
2.
Put the white sugar, salt and yeast into the strawberry juice, heat it over water until the white sugar melts, take it out and let it cool to about 30 degrees (touch it with your hands, not ice your hands),
3.
Slowly add strawberry juice until it is dry and powdery,
4.
Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands (do not knead it for too long to prevent the formation of gluten and affect the softness of the noodles). Put it into the oven to ferment at about 38 degrees for 1 hour, and wait until the volume becomes 2-2.5 times larger.
5.
Take it out, squeeze out the air in the dough, divide it into small doses of 5g each, and press it into a flat circle with your hands (to roll it into a round dough)
6.
Roll out the small agent into a dough sheet (not too thin, or the rose will not be full), and the five sheets will overlap each other,
7.
Use a scraper to gently press a middle line in the middle,
8.
Roll up from the first one,
9.
Separate them by petting the middle with your hand, it is best not to use a knife, the cut out is too rigid.
10.
Put the rest in order,
11.
Put it in a small steamer, let it rise for 20 minutes, and steam it on high heat for 25 minutes.
12.
The steamed color doesn’t look like made with strawberries, but it has a strong strawberry fragrance.
