Fancy Vegetable Steamed Buns and Bean Paste Buns

I made the bean paste by myself, because it is not convenient to go out in cold weather, and it is a bit expensive in our town. Soak the red adzuki beans in advance for one night, and then add water to the pot and boil for half an hour before they become rotten. The reason for the long soaking time may be better than I imagined. Add sugar to dry the soup, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling pin.

Fat three pots of noodles. One is white dough, yeast water and white noodles; the second is rapeseed juice poured into yeast flour to make the noodles; the third is carrot juice to make the noodles. Picture omitted.

Spread the noodles, knead out the bubbles, and wake up for another 20 minutes. According to my understanding of the child, make buns filled with red bean paste in various shapes.
