Fanhe | White Meat on Clothes

Put the pork belly in a pot of cold water, add salt and 3 slices of ginger, boil and cook on high heat for 20 minutes, until the meat is completely pierced with chopsticks, let cool and set aside

Put the grass fruit, star anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger slices, bay leaves and chili noodles together in a large bowl.
