Fanta Fried Pork Ribs with Plum

Put water in the pot to boil, add a little cooking wine, then add the ribs to blanch the bleeding water, remove the ribs to control the moisture and set aside; put a little oil in the wok, add the ribs, and fry on both sides on low heat until slightly yellow
