Farm Belly Slices

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut cooked pork belly into thin slices, cut carrots into diagonal slices, and shred onions and red peppers.

3. Boil the water in a pot, add the carrots and blanch them for later use.

4. Add the onions, blanch them and let them cool for later use.

5. Put the belly slices, red peppers, onions, and carrots in a large bowl.

6. Add minced garlic and minced ginger to a small bowl.

7. Add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and chicken essence, mix evenly and let stand for 10 minutes to taste.

8. Wash the coriander and chop finely, and cut the green onion into sections.

Tips:

I use cooked pork belly. If it is raw, add green onion and ginger cooking wine and cook for 30 minutes.
