Farmhouse Braised Pork

Wash and heat the wok, add three or four tablespoons of sugar in two tablespoons of oil and turn to low heat;

Stir constantly with a frying spoon to melt the white sugar and turn it into a reddish brown sugar liquid;

Pour in the cut pork belly and stir-fry evenly so that the miangui pork is stained with sugar;

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, rock sugar, and a little salt. Bring to a boil and turn to low heat for about two to thirty minutes. The volatilization is almost the same. Increase the heat to collect the juice.
