Farmhouse Fried Pork
1.
Prepare a piece of pork belly
2.
Then cut into thin slices
3.
Boil water in a pot, add two spoons of cooking wine after the water is boiled, add two spoons of cooking wine and blanch the pork belly for two minutes to remove (personally feel that the meat that is too watery is better to fry when it is more thoroughly fry. If it is troublesome, you can omit this step)
4.
Cut some green onion, ginger and garlic slices (a larger amount) and cut the green and red beauty pepper into diagonal slices
5.
The right amount of coriander is removed, leaves only the stem and cut into sections
6.
Put the cold oil in the hot pot and fry the meat slices on low heat. When you fry a part of the meat slices, you won’t get greasy when you eat
7.
Then add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant
8.
Then add a bit of dark soy sauce to color, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of chicken powder, half a spoon of spicy fresh dew, half a spoon of sugar, a little pepper and a little salt and stir well. (Spicy fresh dew is not available)
9.
Then add the green and red beauty pepper and fry until it is broken
10.
Finally, add the coriander section and turn it out a few times
