Farmhouse Fried Pork

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Two green and red peppers are sliced diagonally.

Cut ginger into thick strips.
4.
Prepare a spoonful of chopped pepper.

Cut garlic into slices.

Put oil on the bottom of the pot and stir-fry the garlic and ginger.

Add the meat slices, stir-fry on medium heat until the meat is oily, and remove the meat slices.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan and stir-fry the green and red peppers for half a minute.

Pour in the pork slices and chopped peppers and stir-fry for a minute.

Add salt, soy sauce, and season to taste.
Tips:
The pork belly is frozen in the refrigerator for more than half an hour, and it is easy to cut into thin slices when cutting.
