Farmhouse Fried Tofu

Prepare the ingredients; the tofu is made by myself at home with vinegar and soybeans. I use half of it~

Wash the hair with shiitake mushrooms;

Cut into thin strips

Cut tofu into small pieces;
5.
Mince scallion, ginger, garlic and chili;
6.
Heat oil in a pot, add tofu and fry thoroughly;

Hold out for use;

Leave the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and chili to fry until fragrant;
9.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for one minute;
10.
Then add the fried tofu, add salt and soy sauce and stir well;
11.
Pour the chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes;
12.
After the juice is collected, thicken the juice with water and stir fry;
13.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion after serving.
Tips:
With old tofu, it is not easy to rot when fried.
