Farmhouse Harvest
1.
Today I used gluten-free beans, but other beans are fine. Wash off the beginning and the end.
2.
Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into pieces with a hob.
3.
The ribs are cooked in a pressure cooker rice stall, with green onion and ginger and aniseed cooking wine in it. Don't use bone stalls, cook them with bone stalls and then stew them in a pot.
4.
Heat up the pan and add oil. Heat the oil and stir fry the beans.
5.
After the beans have changed color, change the heat to a low heat, enlarge two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of sweet noodle sauce, and stir fry evenly with a little salt.
6.
Add potatoes and carrots and stir fry evenly.
7.
Pour the ribs and the soup into the pot together, the soup and the ingredients are flat, and the ribs can be filled with water if the soup is not enough.
8.
Pick the corn hair and cut into sections and put it in the pot.
9.
When the soup is boiling, taste the taste, add salt to it, adjust the taste, cover the pot and stew, the beans change color, and the potatoes are soft and rotten, and you can get it out of the pot. I always have ribs soup without MSG.
Tips:
You don't need to cook the ribs in advance. When the raw ribs are fried with beans, they are fried together.
