Pig ears are my dad’s favorite dish to go with wine. The crispy pig ears are stir-fried with chili. It has a slightly spicy flavor. It is very delicious. This time I specially used a little soy sauce to color the meal. The color is really beautiful.

Father's Day Dishes-spicy Pork Ears

1. Cut the pig's ears into thin slices, cut the green pepper into diagonal slices, and shred the ginger

2. Hot oil pan

3. Pour the pig ears into the frying pan and stir fry until the pig ears are slightly discolored

4. Add a bowl of water, cover the pot, cook on high heat until the juice is collected

5. Add green pepper and ginger, sprinkle some salt, and stir fry together until the pepper is broken

6. Pour in some soy sauce

7. Stir fry a few times to make the pig ears evenly colored

Tips:

1. Fry the pig's ears a few times and stick the oil evenly, without burning too much.
2. Soy sauce is saltier, so the salt should be slightly reduced.
