Fenge Crucian Carp Soup

Ingredients needed.

Peel the pink kudzu and cut into pieces; cut the lean meat into large pieces; clean up the crucian; and prepare a few slices of ginger.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the crucian carp on a low fire.

Fry until both sides turn slightly yellow.

Put all the ingredients into a crock pot and add an appropriate amount of water.

Use a medium heat to cook. After boiling, continue to cook for about ten minutes. Turn to low heat and continue to cook for an hour and a half.

Add a small amount of salt at the end.

Tips:
1. Fry the crucian carp first, so that the soup is not fishy and whiter.
