Fennel and Pork Dumpling Filling

Prepare the fennel and pork filling.

Seasoning: Salt, thirteen incense and sesame oil are the most basic. If you like to put soy sauce and other seasonings, you can add it according to your own taste.

Mince scallion and ginger and set aside.

Soak the fennel in light salt water for 10 minutes, and then wash it off with running water.

Remove the root and chop the cleaned fennel.

Put the chopped green onion and ginger into the meat and mix well, then add the fennel and add salt.

Add thirteen incense. (Five-spice powder and dumpling filling powder are all fine)

Pour sesame oil. (If you like the color of the dumpling filling, you can add some soy sauce)

Stir in a clockwise direction, mix the meat and vegetables well, and the dumpling filling is ready.
Tips:
Seasoning can be increased according to taste.
